Delegate List
Please note that we collate a delegate list for the event which is available to delegates and partners shortly ahead of the event and also a copy will be available prior to the conference so that fellow delegates can identify attendees. For clarity we will only use this information to contact you in relation to this event. Delegates may use this information to network with you and partners may use this information to follow up with you after the event. (You will have the option to opt out of communications from Partners post this event) Your contact data will not be passed on to any other third parties. Invoices
Due to the cost of processing invoices, we strongly prefer delegates to pay by credit card. If you are unable to pay by credit card or your limit is exceeded with this booking, please proceed with the booking to pay by invoice. At the final stage there will be an additional button ‘pay by invoice’ as well as the usual button to 'pay online'. Please then enter a purchase order number. Please do not book until you have this. Our accounts team will be notified of your invoice request and will supply you with an invoice to pay. If you do not provide an official PO number we will not be able to process and confirm your booking. All invoices must be paid in full before you can attend the event.
